The winter is the most dangerous time for your skin and it’s the time people tend to slack the most on taking care of it. Everyone things about the sun when it’s hot outside and there is a warm vapor in the air. As you are roasting in the backyard you are thinking about the weather and thinking that it’s time for you to get your sunscreen and get yourself protected. So why not in the winter?
No one thinks about the effects of the sun when they are out on the top of a mountain about reading to ski down. Even when it is cloudy outside, there is a threat of harmful UV rays. It’s actually said that it is more dangerous in cold weather because no one is thinking about it as much.

It’s hard to think about those things, but the people who do reap the benefits of skin that is not only safe from the harmful rays of the sun, but has aged well and makes them look well.
Just making sure that the time you spend out in the sun, especially during the peak sun hours is a good time to put on sunscreen. Don’t forget to put on the ointment to any exposed area of the body. Even the hand, just slightly exposed, could be an issue for the sun’s ray. If you do this when you go out you’ll be thankful years from now when you are no longer dealing with the deadly rays of the sun and the immense threat of skin cancer.
