The winter is the most dangerous time for your skin and it’s the time people tend to slack the most on taking care of it. Everyone things about the sun when it’s hot outside and there is a warm vapor in the air. As you are roasting in the backyard you are thinking about the weather and thinking that it’s time for you to get your sunscreen and get yourself protected. So why not in the winter?

It’s amazing that there are not more people out there dedicated to putting on the proper protection when they go outside, but sunscreen still has the stigma of being something that you only use when the weather is hot enough to call for it. Otherwise, it’s never used and that is a sad fact.

The good news is that it is never too late to get yourself lathered up and ready to take on the world and do it with the utmost protection. Next you want to put it on parts of the body you wouldn’t think about. One of those places is the hand and the feet. Women who wear open toed shoes often have most of their foot exposed. This is just dangerous so put it on their. There are also a number of men who wear short sleeved shirts and don’t apply sunscreen to their driving arm. Do this or suffer for it later.

3.For normal skin – two times a day, wash your face with a mild cleanser. After patting your face dry, use a moisturizer. If you do not get any result from the moisturizer, stop using it. 4.For combination skin – oily T-zone but cheek, neck and eye area are dry – two times a day, wash your face with either milky or exfoliating cleanser. Thereafter, apply toner that is alcohol free to the T-zone and oil-free moisturizer to the dry areas.

It is very essential to take facial skin health care seriously; otherwise, you will end up with loose skin and wrinkles in no time.
